Xtophe was founded in 2022 by Christophe Londot, a young dreamer with the intention of flying high.

Christophe has been working in the real estate business since 2013 and from that moment on, he has continued his career working with leading real estate agents in the luxury market in the Algarve, in addition to working with major partnerships in the international real estate market.

Despite having many talents, his simplicity immediately captured investors and the ease with which he related to people turned out to be his great success.

Xtophe a été fondée en 2022 par Christophe Londot, un jeune rêveur déterminé à prendre de l'altitude.

Christophe travaille dans l'immobilier depuis 2013 et, depuis, il a poursuivi sa carrière en collaborant avec des agences immobilières de premier plan sur le marché du luxe en Algarve, ainsi qu'avec des partenaires majeurs sur le marché immobilier international.

Malgré ses nombreux talents, sa simplicité a immédiatement séduit les investisseurs et sa facilité à communiquer a fait sa grande réussite.

In 2022 the first step towards realizing his dream came true and Christophe officially inaugurated his first accommodation "Kikiana House", which already has its first Traveller Awards.

But it didn't stop there, the ambition to create his own real estate company from day to day was greater and it was then, that in 2023 we officially started calling it Xtophe Properties.

Today, we have a vast team fluent in several languages, from Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, in order to offer the best experience to our buyers and sellers.

Every day we work with the utmost dedication and rigor to become a household name in the national and international real estate world.

En 2022, la première étape vers la réalisation de son rêve s'est réalisée : Christophe a officiellement inauguré son premier logement, « Kikiana House », déjà récompensé par un Traveller Award.

Mais cela ne s'est pas arrêté là ; l'ambition de créer sa propre agence immobilière s'est accrue de jour en jour et c'est ainsi qu'en 2023, nous avons officiellement adopté le nom de Xtophe Properties.

Aujourd'hui, nous disposons d'une vaste équipe parlant couramment plusieurs langues, dont le portugais, l'anglais, le français et l'espagnol, afin d'offrir la meilleure expérience à nos acheteurs et vendeurs.
